Shipping Policy

NeuroNova Tech sells digital products (code, templates, and software). No physical goods are shipped. All purchases are delivered electronically via download link or emailed license files immediately after successful payment.

- Delivery method: Instant download link on the order confirmation page and a confirmation email containing the download link and license information.
- If you do not receive your email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact neuronovatech.contact@gmail.com.
- Download links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please download and backup your purchases immediately.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services and purchase of digital products from NeuroNova Tech ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or using our products you agree to these Terms.
2. Digital Products and License
We sell digital code, templates, and software. Unless stated otherwise, every sale includes a single-user, non-transferable license for the purchased product. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim the product as your own. For extended or commercial licenses, please contact sales.
3. Payment and Delivery
Payments are processed by Razorpay (or other payment gateways). After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email and a download link. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address at checkout.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refer to our Refunds & Cancellations policy. Digital products are eligible for refund only under the conditions stated there.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and assets are owned by NeuroNova Tech unless otherwise licensed. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroNova Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in appropriate courts in India.

Cancellations & Refunds

Digital Product Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and available for instant download, refunds are provided only in limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charge or payment processing error
- We are unable to deliver the purchased files (download link failed) and support cannot fix the issue within 72 hours
- The product materially differs from the product description
- Technical incompatibility that cannot be resolved through support
โ ๏ธ Non-refundable situations: Change of mind, not reading product description properly, lack of technical knowledge to use the product, or compatibility issues with your specific setup that could be resolved.
Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email neuronovatech.contact@gmail.com with your order ID and reason. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds may be subject to verification and may be denied if the product has been clearly used in violation of the license.
Cancellation
Orders for digital goods are fulfilled immediately; therefore cancellation before delivery is only possible if the charge is still pending. Contact your bank and our support team immediately.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without contacting support, we reserve the right to refuse future sales and to contest fraudulent chargebacks with supporting evidence.
